I'm glad you've taken the time to visit our miniature home on the Catalyst CD.  I'd like to take a moment to introduce you to our company.

GNP has been changing at an incredibly rapid pace. We have come a long way since we relocated to our new headquarters in Monrovia, CA in March of 1994. At that time, we were only 14 employees. Now, we are over eighty!

Nineteen ninety-five was a year of intense activity for GNP. We designed and produced SerialSmart, the most powerful Multi-Port Serial device in the marketplace. We were also the largest reseller of Sun SPARC computers in New York City. And in order to ensure consistent and reliable quality of all of our products and services, we began our certification process for ISO-9001 which we will complete by June, 1996.

In 1995, we also designed, produced, and shipped our first WorkServer systems, our telecommunications server designed for High Availability applications in the Central Office. This year will mark an agressive expansion into the telecommunications industry for our entire company. The WorkServer is the only modular, NEBS-compliant, High Availability, SPARC-based computer system in the marketplace. It enables our customers to bring their enhanced products and services to market quickly and inexpensively without sacrificing reliability or peformance. It is the heart of our "whole product" approach to helping our customers compete in the demanding telecommunications marketplace.

We're looking forward to continued success in the telecommunications area and it is particularly fulfilling to know that our work has a direct positive impact on the development of advanced telecommunications services for people around the world. This includes new services such as wireless communications (like the new CDMA and CDPD technologies for PCS services) and Internet services provided by telecommunications companies, as well as products for the Advanced Intelligent Network&emdash;for such end-user services as Single Number Service, Caller ID, Video-on-Demand, Voice Activated Speed Dialing, Intelligent Call Forwarding, and Voice Messaging. As we help our customers, we are proud to know we are helping real individuals take advantage of new technologies as part of the Communications Revolution that is redefining how we all interact and communicate with one another.
